The third annual conference / Live work shop is to be conducted at Jamnagar with the support of The Gujarat Ayurveda University. This will be held on 6th & 7th February in 2016.
The association, as we all know was formed in Jan 2013. However, we have still not completed the procedure to enroll our members.
The old and new office bearers of the association and the members of the advisory board have jointly decided that since this association is formed in Gujarat, we will restrict the membership to practitioners & educationists of the field from Gujarat.
How ever we will provide associate membership to interested practitioners and educationists from other states. We will also provide associate membership to interested practitioners & educationists from Allopath.
The associate members will not be entitled to certain rights (right to vote or become a office bearer) to which the members are entitled.
Eligibility :
The membership will be jointly approved by the office bearers of the current and past one year and the advisory committee.
In case the body does not approve the membership, the applicant will be returned the membership fees within one month of the application. Members will be entitled to the rights, benefits, and discount in any events conducted by the association if their membership is at least six months old. (The discount in the event fees will be decided by the office bearers of the particular year and the advisory board).
Associate members will also be entitled to get discount in any events conducted by the association if their associate membership is at least six months old. (The discount in the event fees will be decided by the office bearers of the particular year and the advisory board).
Members will be entitled to the rights, benefits discount in any events conducted by the association if their membership is at least six months old. (The discount in the event fees will be decided by the office bearers of the particular year and the advisory board).
Members will get support and guidance in matters mentioned below:
- Guidance regarding education in the field – courses conducted Gujarat and other states.
- Guidance regarding courses conducted in Gujarat and other states
- Establishment of private clinics
- Conducting / organizing Ano-rectal diagnostic / treatment camps
- Organizing Medical seminars and workshops.
Membership fees for 5 years: Rs 5000.00
Associate membership fees for 5 years: Rs 5000.00
Annual membership & Associate membership fees Rs 2000.00.
We will not be accepting life time membership till the association is registered and till all legal formalities are completed. When the life time membership fees will be accepted, the five year membership fees, Rs 5000/00 will be deducted from the amount of the life time membership fees.
Please note that in case a member acts, not in the favors of or against the interest of the association, the advisory committee and the office bearer jointly may cancel his membership.
The associate members can not become an office bearer and can not be nominated on the advisory board. However, they are entitled to get discount in the events organized by the association and my avail of the other support.
Please note that the final decision to grant, renew or cancel the membership will be taken by the advisory committee. This decision will be final and binding for all members. also, any changes required(As per changing times and conditions) for minimum qualification necessary for membership will be considered and implemented by the advisory committee.
